The HIPAA session is an annual inservice that is required of CAMC employees and students. Watch your email for meeting notifications each month. Officer Information: President – Presides over post meetings. Introduces speaker(s) from prepared biography. Makes announcements from prepared notes provided by post leadership. Vice President – Presides over post meetings in the absence of the President. Assists liaison with attendance. Liaison – In charge of taking attendance and distributing handouts at each meeting. Writes and sends thank you notes to speakers.
